Are there enough resources and support for volunteer coaches?
Just wondering how other clubs are finding things when it comes to coaching support. A lot of grassroots teams rely heavily on volunteers, but are we really giving them the tools they need to succeed?
From basic training to ongoing development and access to proper equipment—are volunteer coaches getting enough backing from clubs, unions, or governing bodies? Or are we expecting too much from people who are giving up their free time?
Would love to hear how it’s working at your club—what’s working well, and where’s the struggle?
